2009 Winter family pictures

Our beautiful family. We really had a blast doing these pictures. I told the photographer that we wanted fun pictures not pictures that looked posed. I think she did a great job. And to imagine that they are Walmart pictures!! I was very excited to find out that Walmart did "on location" pictures. They are perfect!!! I think that she really captured how fun our family really is.

Amber is 7 now. She is such an angel. She is growing up to be such a smart little girl. She amazes me everyday with the things that she says and remembers. We had a lot of fun getting good pictures with her. She is at the stage that when you tell her to smile, she gives a fake looking one. So we had fun trying to get real smiles out of her. She is an amazing daughter though.

Cori is already 10! I can't believe just how fast kids grow up. Before we know it she will be asking for the car keys!!! She is an amazing little girl. She is so helpful around the house. And she has such a big heart. She is always trying to make the people around her happy. She is a joy to have for a daughter.

The girls had a lot of fun getting their pictures done. You can sure tell that they love each other. It's awesome cause they don't just love each other in pictures!! They really do love each other....and they even like each other. They are both always trying to do things for each other and sharing their stuff with each other. It's a lot of fun to watch them grow up together and teach each other new things.

I think both the girls and Travis had more fun doing the "head lock" pictures than anything else.

the girls decided that they wanted to tackle me for the pictures with me. And they got their wish. But once they tackled me they also helped me get up. It was a lot of fun.

Cori just wanted to play with Travis for her pictures.

Cori is sitting on my shoulders....will, kinda. I'm sitting on a bench with her on my shoulders. Thought that might be safer than me trying to stand up and balance with her up there. She's not as small as she used to be. I used to love giving her shoulder rides. Now it's not so easy to do.

Amber jumped on Travis' back and said she was ready for pictures. So that's what we did. I think they turned out really good. But then she didn't want to get off!!

Amber gave me a big hug and I stood up. That's how we got these pictures. I think they are so sweet. It was much easier to do this that it was to have Cori on my shoulders! Amber still loves to be picked up and loved. I'm not really looking forward to the time when I can't pick up either girl anymore.

Me and my wonderful and amazing husband. We had so much fun doing these pictures but by the end we were all tired and cold. But, we ended up with wonderful and amazing pictures.

2009 Easter and Travis' parents house

The girls had a blast at Grandma Cathy and Grandpa Pete's house decorating and hunting Easter eggs. I was very impressed....not too much of a mess to clean up. But then they did get tired of eggs pretty fast.

Thanks to Grandma Cathy for such wonderful family pictures.
